At Inutri, we want you to love your shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Exchanges Policy ensures a smooth and transparent process.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged or defective on arrival
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery

Items that are used, broken due to customer mishandling, or missing original packaging are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Perishable or consumable items
  • Products purchased during sale/discount offers
  • Items marked as non-returnable

3. Return Process

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us with your order number and issue details
  2. Share photos or videos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
  3. Our team will review your request within 48 hours
  4. If approved, we will arrange pickup or request shipment from your side

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are offered only if the requested item is in stock.
If not available, you may choose:

  • Store credit
  • Refund (as per refund policy)

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method or as store credit after:

  • Product inspection
  • Approval from our quality team

Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
