1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • During high-volume periods or sales, processing may take slightly longer.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase is placed.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

We offer fast and secure delivery across India.

Typical delivery time:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
  • Free shipping may be available during special promotions.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking link via SMS or email
  • You can track real-time delivery status through the courier partner’s portal

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make two delivery attempts. If the delivery fails both times, the package may be returned to us.

For re-shipping, additional charges may apply.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, opened, or items are missing:

  1. Take photos/video of the package
  2. Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery
  3. Share your order number and issue details

We will resolve the issue promptly as per our Return & Exchanges Policy.

7. Incorrect Address or Details

If the delivery fails due to an incorrect shipping address or unreachable contact number:

  • The customer will be responsible for re-delivery charges
  • No refunds will be issued for failed deliveries due to incorrect information

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
